Alpha 2 bug fix: No way to logout, restart, shutdown

Sorry for this one bit of a big bug easily fixed though as the problem was a missing item on the top panel default config. Just right click on the panel go down to panel select add new items then add the Action Buttons.

This bug will be fixed in Beta.
